You can return your order within 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 working days of receiving the return.
Easy return in 3 steps
Step 1: Send an e-mail to info@faithpage.nl. There you can discuss the reason for your return and receive the return form.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a track and trace code with the package. You are responsible as the sender, we want no misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 working days.
