If you revoke the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us, you will receive the purchase amount of the product back within 5 working days.
We will refund you using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for this refund.
Please note: for credit card payments, a return booking is often only visible on your credit card statement at the end of the month/period.
